Selected Projects
Politics
Diversity Board was commissioned to assemble a reference group tasked with analyzing the Moderate Party’s in Stockholm communication materials - content, tone, imagery, and film, with the purpose of further developing the material and adding broader perspectives. The reference group was designed to reflect all voters across all target groups.
Through Diversity Board, the party’s political priorities and improvements gain visibility, along with the opportunity to reach potential new voter groups. When perspectives are missing from communication, voters are lost. True political change takes shape in dialogue—not in one-way communication.

Business Community
In collaboration with the Magnet Awards -
Sweden’s annual Employer Branding Championship - a Diversity Board was established to ensure that all seven grounds of discrimination were acknow-ledged and respected throughout the jury’s work.
This was a vital step toward a more inclusive and fair workplace and a clear example of how diversity of perspectives can also be embedded in the evaluation of employer brands. Through our work, we help highlight employers who take this commitment seriously.
